Hi-Lo Level Controller

The Diaphragm Pumps totally pneumatic Hi-Lo Level Controller can control any size or brand of AODD (Air Operated Double Diaphragm) pump, giving accurate emptying or filling of vessels of various sizes to prevent spills or automate systems.

How it Works

Connect it to the Panel

Compressed Air is connected to the panel which has 3 other connections. 1 is to supply air to run the pump and the other 2 are to detect liquid levels.

Bleeding down the Compressed Air

A tiny amount of compressed air is bled down the 2 dip tubes.

Liquid covers the end of the Tube

When liquid covers the end of a tube the panel detects the change in pressure and activates the logic circuit controlling the pump.

Multiple Applications of the System

There are multiple applications for this system, e.g. It can be used to fill a container, prevent an over flow, or used to empty a container and turn off the pump to avoid dry running, or just to keep a constant supply in the tank.

Can also use Floats instead of Dip Tubes

This simple reliable system can also use floats instead of dip tubes and can be supplied with air prep inside the cabinet for security and protection.
